Responsibilities
- Managerial and professional oversight of teams consisting of technicians/engineers.
- Recruiting, training, and certifying managers and employees for product testing.
- Ensuring adherence to delivery schedules for customers.
- Transitioning products from development to production.
- Acting as a technical authority for troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in RF and electronics, preferably in integration and final testing processes.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Proficiency with RF testing equipment such as Network Analyzer, Signal Analyzer, Oscilloscope, and Signal Generator.
- Experience in transitioning products from development to production.
- Advantage: Knowledge in digital systems and working with programming tools.
