Planning and Control Engineer

Our team at the Aviation Division is looking for a Planning and Control Engineer.

What will you do:

• Managing complex work plans involving numerous constraints and resources.
• Overseeing project budgets and analyzing compliance with business objectives.
• Working in a matrix structure with production, engineering, quality, finance, and management departments.
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and highlighting exceptional cases to management.
• Preparing status reports, workload summaries, risk management assessments, and KPIs for both the client and management.
• Implementing information systems and improving work processes.
• Report directly to the Head of the Planning and Control Department and work in collaboration with all department managers.

What we're looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering management, economics, or logistics - mandatory.
• Master’s degree – an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning and control, project management, or production planning – mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency – mandatory.
• Experience with MS Project – an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (PP, PS, MM, CO) – an advantage.
