For a company specializing in immigration services to England, Canada, and Australia, a Shift Manager for the Sales Call Center is needed.

- Managing the sales call center and distributing leads.  

- Providing guidance, training, and motivation to agents.  

- Monitoring daily and monthly sales targets.  

- Maintaining high energy throughout the shift.  

- Professional and personal management of sales agents.  

Responsibilities

- Native-level/high proficiency in English – Mandatory

- At least one year of experience in a sales leadership role – Mandatory
