Quality and Reliability Manager

We are looking for a Quality and Reliability Manager to join us at the Space unit in the Missile and Space Systems Division!

What will you do:

• Leading quality and reliability from development stages, including qualification of assemblies and systems, participation in transition from development to production, quality oversight during production, and leading failure analysis.
• Working matrix-style across all project stakeholders within the missile division and secondary contractors.
• Ability to integrate into project teams.
• Matrix management of performance quality in projects.
• Working with various interfaces, including secondary contractors domestically and internationally, commercial factories, and various engineering teams.
• Client-facing responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Materials Engineering – mandatory.
• Over 7 years of experience in mechanical/electromechanical development.
• Experience in the quality field – an advantage.
• Experience in development process validation – an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team, with a broad perspective.
• Willingness to work overtime.
