System Analyst Team Lead

As a System Analyst Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing complex, cross-functional processes and driving technological and business solutions. You’ll lead a team of 3-4 system analysts, working closely with them to deliver high-quality insights and solutions. You'll also collaborate on diverse projects, liaising with both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring the seamless integration of innovative solutions into the organization’s banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and lead complex, cross-organizational processes and projects.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement robust solutions.
• Mentor and empower team members, driving excellence and accountability.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and stay up-to-date with modern architectures and tools.
• Integrate dynamic and evolving project requirements with a focus on delivering value.
• Familiarize yourself with TO-BE architecture and its implications for project execution.

• At least 4 years of experience in system analysis, with a focus on complex, cross-organizational processes.
• Proven experience in working within Agile environments; Scrum Master experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and systems.

• Experience leading cross-functional topics and facilitating collaboration across teams.
