Service Engineering Support

Main Duties:

• Responsible for leading E2E Technical ECOs for service spare parts release.
• Work with the Service Experts on NPI and create relevant new spare parts.
• Responsible for planning, writing and Executing Design Verifications Testing for service Cost Saving Projects.
• Work with the Experts on the main items consumptions and try to reduce consumption or items cost.
• High technical knowledge of our products.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical/Bio-Medical Engineering from known College/University -Advantage
• Experienced with Technical Projects Leading in Medical Multidisciplinary Equipment – Big -Advantage
• 3 years’ experience in international service of systems comprising mechanics, electronics, optics; experience in medical devices field – Advantage
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Strong Hands-On, Problem Solver & technical capabilities.
• Proven leadership skills, quick & self-learner and adaptively/agility abilities.
• High technical writing and word processing skills, High level of presentation skills.
• Team Player, highly motivated with ambitions to learn and develop.
• Knowledge in PLM Platform ( Enovia, SAP)
• High level of knowledge and control in Office package (excel, power point etc...)
• Fluent English – both writing and oral.
