BI Tech Lead

We’re seeking a BI Tech-Lead to join our team and drive data-driven insights across the organization. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for technical assistance, empowering the BI team to deliver exceptional results. You’ll lead the end-to-end process of creating insightful dashboards—from design to implementation—while structuring and managing databases and ETL workflows.

As a key collaborator, you’ll work closely with teams across the company to understand their needs and translate them into impactful dashboards and processes. Additionally, you will establish and oversee robust release processes, manage BI projects using modern methodologies, and ensure our data solutions align with business goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer
• Proven experience implementing and supporting BI systems – SaaS companies.
• Excellent and prefund knowledge of SQL
• Experience with data warehouse implementation specifically in Snowflakes or other MPP
• databases (Redshift, Big Query, Data factory )
• Extensive experience with ETL process and data modelling.
• Experience with BI visualization tools and their implementation, ideally Power BI.
• Business-oriented – familiar with measurement methods and business process
• Experience working in a fast-paced organization.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software development, industrial engineering, or any equivalent field - advantage
• Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite – advantage
• DAX / PBI expert – advantage
• DBT experience - advantage
