R&D Team Lead

We are looking for an R&D Team Lead with extensive technical experience and in-depth knowledge to lead a team of Fullstack developers. This role involves working on innovative and challenging projects utilizing cutting-edge technologies, including Node.js, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to the team, including product architecture and other technical aspects.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements, ensure consistent communication, and deliver projects on time.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support, while maintaining high quality standards.
• Drive the technological vision and actively participate in product roadmap discussions.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of software development experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience with relevant technologies (Node.js, React.js).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Experience in Microservices architecture, Event Sourcing, and modern frameworks.
• Experience with Elasticsearch is an advantage.

Location: Full-time position in Petah Tikva.
