Job Description:

• Providing legal counsel in the field of capital markets in banking
• Negotiating with leading financial institutions
• Working on OTC derivatives (ISDA), Repo (GMRA) transactions, and more
• Collaborating with international parties

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Israel
• Full proficiency in legal English (written and spoken)
• 5-7 years of experience drafting complex contracts and negotiating in English
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets and banking
