Overview
We are seeking a skilled algorithm developer to join the GlossAi Algorithms team.
The role focuses on applied algorithms—using recent advances in DL/LLMs to develop new features and products. Recent projects include building a customer-facing chatbot, integrating and optimizing multiple LLMs, fine-tuning models for specific use cases, and leveraging DL models that tackle multiple modalities
This role provides an opportunity to work on cutting-edge LLM technologies, deploy impactful solutions in production, and shape the future of AI-driven features and products at Gloass.ai.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and evaluation of new models and algorithms in production. translating product requirements to scalable solutions, while collaborating with backend and frontend teams.
• Evaluate models/algorithms in production and enhance their quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. M.Sc. is a plus.
• At least 5 years of hands-on industry experience in applied ML/DL (3+ years with M.Sc)
• At least 1 year of experience developing LLM-based applications in production.
• Experience working on products in cloud environment (aws/azure/gcp or similar )
• Strong python programming skills
• English proficiency
• Preferred: Recent experience with LLM-related libraries and technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, Agents, etc.
