As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar VIP Team Leader to manage and lead a dedicated team focused on providing top-tier services to our most valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the VIP team to provide exceptional service.
• Recruiting and building a team from scratch.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide regular reports on VIP client feedback and team performance.
• Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities - where the KPI is to bring players to their next level.
• Implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
• Manage a close relationship with our VIP players on a daily basis.

Requirements

• At least 3 Years of experience in the VIP and customer service in the gaming industry.
• Proven experience in team leadership, ideally in a VIP and customer service or client relations role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management abilities.
• Strong analytical thinker, capable of interpreting data to produce meaningful, actionable insights.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with VIP users and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience working with high-end or VIP clients is an advantage.
• Fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Advantage
