Product Leader

A global private high-tech company developing and manufacturing multidisciplinary inspection systems (automated quality control) based on computer vision and image processing technologies for the industrial printing sector.

The system detects defects and bugs in real-time during the printing process, significantly saving raw materials and money for the company's clients, which are large printing houses worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and leading product lines, ensuring their maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing the transition process from development to production (NPI).
• Collaborating directly with the development department and external contractors.
• Managing the implementation of systems and product changes within the operational environment.
• The company has 90 employees in Israel and another 90 internationally, with offices in Kfar Saba, offering a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day per week.

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Mechanical engineering – mandatory
• 5-10 years of proven experience in an engineering environment.
• Proven experience in leading Engineering products life cycle.
• Proven experience in manufacturing technologies (Mechanic, Sheet metal)
• Previous experience in leading DFx methodology.
• Familiarity with printing industry – advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated, ability to work under pressure.
• High skill in Hebrew and English – speaking and writing.
• Experience in PLM tools – Agile – Advantage.
