👉About the Role:

As our Senior Fullstack Engineering Team Lead, you'll spearhead a team of 4 full-stack engineers in developing revolutionary product features. You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing high-availability distributed systems while working at the forefront of LLM technology.

👉Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural decisions and technical implementation of our cloud-native platform

• Guide and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering their professional growth

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams

• Architect and maintain distributed systems with 99.999% availability

• Drive the development of innovative LLM-based solutions

• Establish and optimize development workflows and processes

👉Required Qualifications:

✅ 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Python, Go, or Node.js (TypeScript)

✅Proven track record in team leadership and mentoring

✅ Strong background in API-first system design and implementation

✅ Extensive experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases

✅ Expertise in distributed systems architecture and implementation

✅ Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and release management

✅ Deep understanding of containerization and distributed data centers

✅ BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience

✅ Fluent English communication skills
