DevOps Manager

A high-tech company in the cybersecurity field, recognized as a key player in network security, aiming to deliver the leading SASE platform in the market.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train station, they operate in a hybrid format with two work-from-home days per week.

The role involves leading a global team, overseeing the monitoring and automation of the company's technology deployments while ensuring high availability, low latency, and maximum-security standards.

Requirements-

• Extensive experience managing production environments at high scale in public cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Proven expertise in agile development practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a solid background in managing infrastructure, CI/CD practices, and automation.
• Proficiency in designing solutions for complex, high-scale production environments, preferably within highly available SaaS companies. In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture is essential.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Terragrunt
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka)
• Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS services like API Gateway, ECS, and MSK.
• Proficiency in at least two scripting languages, such as Python, Ruby, Go, or Groovy.
• Hands-on Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Strong understanding of network topologies and protocols, including DNS, HTTP(S), CDN, and Proxies.
