Role Overview

• As our product designer, you will be the architect of tomorrow's retail solutions.
• Collaborating closely with our VP of Product, your mission will be to transform complex challenges into sleek, user-centric designs.
• You won't just be designing products; You will shape the future of retail, set new standards and create an unrivalled experience for our B2B customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• A deep understanding of the B2B retail environment. familiarity with ERP and POS systems' functionality and user needs.
• Familiarity with ERP and POS systems' functionality and user needs.
• A portfolio that showcases your experience in designing complex systems, demonstrating both your process and the final product.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• An inclination towards innovative thinking, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
• A passion for design, attention to detail, and a user-centric approach to product development.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent English - Verbal and written - must.

Responsibility

• Leading the design of innovative ERP and POS systems for the B2B retail sector, ensuring that each product not only meets but exceeds user expectations in functionality and aesthetics.
• Work closely with the VP of Product and cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated product strategy from concept to launch.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Monitoring the latest trends in design and technology, particularly within the retail sector, and incorporate these insights into design strategies and processes.
• Manage design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
