NOC Engineer
Join our team as a NOC Engineer and be at the forefront of IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting in a 24/7 shift-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor IT systems, identify events, and perform initial troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams and ensure incident resolution.
- Document incidents, analyze logs, and execute proactive measures.
Requirements:
- Certification in Microsoft Systems, Networking (CCNA), or equivalent.
- 2+ year of experience in monitoring systems or technical support in large organizations.
- Familiarity with monitoring systems like SolarWinds, CA Spectrum, HPOV, etc.
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
