Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT systems, identify events, and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams and ensure incident resolution.
• Document incidents, analyze logs, and execute proactive measures.

Requirements:

• Certification in Microsoft Systems, Networking (CCNA), or equivalent.
• 2+ year of experience in monitoring systems or technical support in large organizations.
• Familiarity with monitoring systems like SolarWinds, CA Spectrum, HPOV, etc.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
