· Provide service and customer support during field visits.
· Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems (HW + SW)

· Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks as well as upgrades or rework activities.
Desired Skills and experience:
· HW & SW Technical work experience from parking industry or a related industry
· Experience in working with low voltage
· Basic knowledge of infrastructure and communication
· Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
· Self-manage technical expertise development.
· High service level
· Driving license (Car and motorcycle)
· Education in the field of mechanics or electronics
