Senior Software Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Sr. Software Architect to define and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions for our fintech platform. This role is pivotal in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving technology modernization, and ensuring that our systems meet the complex demands of a global, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions to support the company’s fintech ecosystem.

Lead the evolution and modernization of enterprise applications to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for high-performance financial applications.

Establish and enforce best practices for software development, system design, and security compliance.

Drive technology strategy to align with global business growth, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.

Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the fintech space.

Provide technical leadership during mergers and acquisitions, including architecture integration and risk assessments.

Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Software Architect in large-scale, enterprise environments, ideally within fintech or highly regulated industries.

Deep expertise in designing scalable, SaaS, cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong background in modernizing legacy systems and integrating cutting-edge technologies.

Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and regulatory challenges in fintech.

Experience in leading or contributing to M&A activities from a technical perspective.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial systems requiring high scalability, low latency, and robust transaction processing.
