Field Application Engineer

a leading multidisciplinary company specializing in advanced ultrasound and non-destructive testing systems. We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to install, integrate, and provide technical support for our cutting-edge systems at client sites both in Israel and worldwide.

Job Description:

• Installation and Integration: Deploy and integrate advanced ultrasound systems at client sites.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Maintenance and Service: Perform routine maintenance and provide ongoing support for existing systems.
• Client Training: Deliver professional technical training sessions to customers and end-users.
• Internal Support: Provide technical assistance to internal R&D teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Previous hands-on experience with the installation and support of complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technological issues.
• Technical Skills:
• Solid understanding and ability to analyze complex technical specifications.
• Experience with ultrasound systems or measurement equipment – a significant advantage.
• Education:
• Relevant degree or certification in engineering, technology, or electronics – mandatory.
• Additional Skills:
• Proven experience working with clients and managing technological projects – highly advantageous.
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time).
