Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our performance marketing team and take charge of leading campaigns across affiliate and digital channels. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure KPIs and ROI targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and maximize overall business impact.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and affiliate management to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

About You

• Hands-On Experience: Proven expertise in planning, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns, with a focus on performance.
• Leadership Skills: Previous experience leading a small team or mentoring others in a collaborative environment.
• Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of affiliate strategies and performance marketing trends.
• Analytical Mindset: Skilled in using data to make decisions and drive campaign success.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in campaign management.
• Previous leadership experience, managing a small team or mentoring colleagues.
• Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and diverse verticals.
• A proven ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
