Area Director

A unique, value-driven, and growing private company in the child education domain, is searching for an Area Director.

In this position, you will be in charge of the day-to-day management of several different sites, site managers, and employees.

Responsibilities:

• The coordination of professional interfaces and external suppliers, such as pedagogy, psychology, extracurricular activities, maintenance, etc.
• Responsibility for addressing the physical, educational, emotional, and developmental needs of the children.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the sites at the required standards while meeting clear goals and KPIs.
• Participation in the strategic development and implementation of work plans, executing strategic and operational policies, while leading the standardization of work processes at all sites.
• Supervising and monitoring critical organizational processes, ensuring adherence to work procedures, safety protocols, and the educational approach.
• Building and leading teams, including recruitment, employee retention, professional development, training, and salary agreements.
• Maintaining contact with children's parents as needed, to ensure the best service practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree – Mandatory. Preference for a degree and/or substantial experience in the field of education.
• At least 3 years of experience in team building, management of large teams, and fieldwork.
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality service and working with diverse and multiple interfaces.
• Resilience, accountability, and the ability and willingness to commute between sites during the week.
