Back End Developer Team Leader

**Job Title:** Backend Team Lead

**Location:** - Tel Aviv (Hybrid)

An innovative technology enterprise with a focus on advanced data solutions and analytics seeks a driven and resourceful Senior Java Developer/Team Lead to join their experienced Research and Development team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and building high-performance, low-latency backend systems and infrastructure within a scalable, multi-cloud environment (100% SaaS and multi-tenant). You will engage in the entire systems life cycle, from formulating solutions to designing and deploying applications.

Additionally, you will establish the team in Israel and oversee the recruitment of developers as needed. We seek an engineer who demonstrates self-motivation, open-mindedness, and a strong sense of accountability throughout every stage of development.

**Mandatory Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Java and Spring Boot.

- Previous managerial experience leading a small team.

- Expertise in Core Java with familiarity in the Spring framework.

- In-depth understanding of Java internals (such as Class-loading, Memory Management, and Transaction Management).

- Experience working with Microservice architectures.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

- Background in substantial object-oriented projects.

- Proven experience in optimizing complex challenges.

- Capability to manage Big Data scale and latency issues.

- Strong grasp of design patterns, best practices, and coding conventions.

- Excellent abstract reasoning and analytical abilities.

- Collaborative, responsible, and passionate team player.

**Advantageous Experience:**

- Familiarity with Cloud Services such as AWS (S3, RDS, EC2), and Kubernetes is highly advantageous.

- Experience with high-volume relational and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or RedShift.

- Knowledge of Kafka and Big Data frameworks.

- Understanding of ETL processes.

**דרישות חובה:**

- מינימום של 5 שנות ניסיון בשימוש ב-Java וב-Spring Boot.

- ניסיון ניהולי קודם בהובלת צוות קטן.

- מומחיות ב-Core Java עם היכרות במסגרת Spring.

- הבנה מעמיקה של פנימיות Java (כגון ניהול זיכרון, ניהול טרנזקציות וכו').

- ניסיון בעבודה עם ארכיטקטורת Microservices.

- תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב או בתחום טכני קשור.

- רקע בפרויקטים גדולים מונחי אובייקטים.

- ניסיון מוכח בפתרון בעיות אופטימיזציה.

- יכולת לטפל בבעיות של נתוני Big Data וקשיים בכשירות.

- הבנה חזקה של תבניות עיצוב, שיטות עבודה מומלצות, ותקני קוד.

- כישורים חזקים בהסקה מופשטת ובאנליזה.

- שחקן צוות אחראי, מסור ונלהב.
