Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Content Manager to oversee our VOD library's content and video creation, with a specific focus on engaging our investor community. This role combines editorial leadership with investor relations, aiming to not only present compelling startup stories but also to attract and engage investors, facilitating fundraising and growth initiatives. This role is for a maternity leave replacement of at least 6 months.

Responsibilities 

• Content Strategy & Investor Engagement: Develop a content strategy that caters to both general viewers and investors. Utilize insights from engagement data to tailor content that supports fundraising efforts and investor interests. 
• Strategic Video Production: Manage the creation and assembly of AI generated videos, utilizing stock footage and AI tools to effectively present startups and their potential to investors. 
• Investor Communications: Craft messages and presentations that resonate with the investor community, supporting fundraising campaigns and maintaining investor relations. 
• Editorial Excellence: Uphold high editorial standards; oversee the creation, editing, and review of content to ensure it aligns with our strategic objectives and investor expectations. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the investment club team and other departments to align video content with broader company goals and investor relations strategies. 

Qualifications 

• Editorial Experience: Proven track record in managing content and editorial teams, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful content strategies. 
• Video Production Expertise: Skilled in creating engaging videos using modern tools and technologies, with the ability to produce content that effectively communicates complex ideas. 
• Investor Relations and Fundraising Skills: Experience in investor communications, fundraising, and understanding of the investment landscape. 
• Analytical Abilities: Strong capability to analyze viewer and investor engagement data to refine content and strategy. 
• Strong Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex investment and technology concepts in an engaging manner. 
• Technology Enthusiasm: Passion for technology and startups, with an ability to translate this passion into compelling content that attracts investors and viewers alike.
