### **Job Description: Infrastructure Team Manager – Rambam Health Care Campus**

**About the Position:**

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Team Manager to lead the infrastructure domain at Rambam Health Care Campus, one of Israel's leading hospitals.

The position includes direct management of a professional team comprising 4 communication specialists and 4 system specialists, alongside overall responsibility for planning, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems in a complex and dynamic healthcare organization.

**Responsibilities:**

- Managing and leading the infrastructure team while continuously improving service levels and professional knowledge.

- Developing and implementing long-term infrastructure strategies.

- Planning and implementing new systems, including upgrades to existing systems.

- Managing large-scale technological projects, including planning and implementing disaster recovery (DR) systems.

- Ensuring the availability, stability, and security of the hospital's infrastructure systems.

- Collaborating with vendors and managing contracts and agreements.

- Developing and implementing work procedures and information security practices in the infrastructure domain.

**Position Requirements:**

- Proven experience managing system and communication teams.

- Significant experience working with VMware – mandatory.

- Knowledge of storage systems.

- Experience working with Microsoft Exchange.

- Experience in infrastructure-related information security, including data protection processes and disaster recovery planning.

- Strong familiarity with cloud environments; experience with AWS is an advantage.

**Required Skills:**

- Team management and leadership capabilities.

- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

**Required Qualifications:**

- At least 5 years of experience managing infrastructure teams.

- Relevant certifications in virtualization (e.g., VMware).

- Relevant certifications in communication technologies – an advantage.
