Role Description

As the ML Tech Lead, you will take the lead in designing, optimizing, and executing AI/ML application pipelines that leverage NeuReality’s platform capabilities. You will be responsible for driving project success from both a technical and managerial perspective, ensuring that the development and delivery of ML solutions are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve not only leading the technical aspects of AI/ML projects but also managing project timelines, processes, and communication across teams.

You will work closely with the Product, R&D, and CTO teams to understand and align project goals with customer requirements and strategic objectives. Your experience will help guide the team in defining clear project scopes, developing actionable roadmaps, and managing risks while ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and performance benchmarks.

As a hands-on leader, you will lead efforts to design and optimize workloads for key AI applications including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, large language models (LLMs), and other emerging models. You’ll ensure these models are effectively tailored to take full advantage of NeuReality’s platform, all while keeping an eye on the competitive landscape of AI inference acceleration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI pipeline development, from conceptualization to customer release.
• Managing project timelines, setting milestones, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met for every project phase.
• Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of AI workloads, benchmarking them against industry standards.
• Identifying and addressing gaps in current solutions and driving innovation for better performance, scalability, and usability.
• Coordinating closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, CTO) to ensure project alignment, integrate insights, and ensure timely delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Extensive experience in machine learning and AI application development
• Deep expertise in AI/ML pipeline development, particularly in NLP, computer vision, or large language models (LLMs).
• Proven project management experience, including defining clear scopes, managing complex workflows, and driving cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• A solid understanding of AI inference acceleration platforms and the competitive landscape.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and manage stakeholders effectively at all levels.
