Office Manager & PMO – Tel Aviv (Intimate Office Environment)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager & PMO to join our close-knit team in Tel Aviv. This role focuses on meaningful work and requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills, precision, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Coordinating and overseeing projects with attention to detail and timelines.
Office Operations: Managing daily office activities, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
Support to Founders: Providing comprehensive diary management, scheduling, and administrative assistance.
Knowledge Management: Organizing and maintaining company documents, ensuring easy access and accuracy.
Guest Relations: Welcoming and hosting visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Problem Solving: Proactively addressing challenges with creative and effective solutions.
Service Orientation: Ensuring smooth internal and external communication with a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management, PMO, or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive and service-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a "big-picture" mindset.
Proficiency in managing knowledge and documentation systems.
Fluent in English (Hebrew is an advantage).
