**Role Overview:**

In this leadership position, you will manage the regular operations of the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) team while collaborating closely with multiple departments. You will play a vital role in crafting and implementing test strategies based on research and development requirements. Additionally, you will focus on establishing automated tests for production processes, hardware, and software, while overseeing documentation and tool development processes.

**Mandatory Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience

- Minimum of 4 years in developing automated tests for production lines

- Over 2 years of experience in team leadership and management

- Expertise in hardware design, preferably with OrCAD and Allegro

- Proficient in both Hebrew and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
