Conferences Sponsorships Sales Manager

We are Lynx by People and Computers - the leading conferences, events and media company in Israel's tech industry.

We are looking for a sales manager to join our team and sell sponsorships for our technology conferences. The successful candidate can also contribute in event planning and strategy, content, marketing and production.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively establish contact with new strategic partners.
• Manage the entire sales cycle - from identifying potential clients, making contact, negotiating, closing the deal, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build professional relationships with the company's clients to expand activities.
• Conduct negotiations and close deals.
• Meet sales quotas and show ongoing improvement.
• Work with the content and production teams to ensure success of events.

Requirements:

• Over two years of experience in B2B sales roles.
• Familiarity with the world of professional conferences - a significant advantage.
• Experience working with LinkedIn.
• Experience in client hunting.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Results-oriented with a constant drive for success.
