Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Dimona is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Maintenance Department! If you're someone who enjoys working hands-on, solving equipment issues, and you have good CAD skills, we’d love to hear from you. This role combines problem-solving with design, offering a great opportunity to make a direct impact on production efficiency.

Job Location:

Dimona located in the southern part of Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest location in the world.

The factory in Dimona is the most veteran in Vishay Israel, having been established in 1986.

What You Will Be Doing

• Working hands-on, solving mechanical equipment issues
• Design various production tooling and fixtures using CAD software’s
• Managing drawings database
• Support new equipment projects
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other professionals to determine project requirements and specifications
• Stay up to date with the latest design software and techniques
  
  

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SketchUp
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
