Low Level Team Leader

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate R&D Low Level Team Lead to lead a new team of 4-6 members. The team will be responsible for developing and maintaining new products in the access field. As a team lead you will have a major responsibility of the access part of the products and a key role in planning, and executing the development of those products. You will oversee the development process, end to end and collaborate with different teams to reach the goal, including QA, research, and other dev teams.

The team will have talented and professional members and as a team lead you will be part of the recruitment process and help the company to grow and recruit to this and other LL teams.

You will join the group's management team, collaborating with other managers to foster a robust engineering culture driven by innovation and a clear, forward-thinking vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development process of the new products.
• Develop and maintain the new product.
• Create and maintain processes to ensure the stability of the product and customer satisfaction. Including development processes such as CRs and technical designs.
• Lead, manage and mentor team members to support their growth and ensure the success of the team in delivering innovative and sustainable products.
• Being a part of the hiring process for the LL teams.
• Collaborate with other teams, mainly research, QA and other dev teams.
• Being responsible for the OPSEC side of the product.
  
  

• 2+ years of management experience
• 4+ year of experience in developing large scale projects in a development team
• Hands on experience with one or more low level languages: GO, C/C++, Rust
• Knowledge of OS internals (Windows/iOS/Android)
• Familiarity with reverse engineering/debugging tools like IDA, JEB, Frida, WinDBG, GDB
• Ability to learn quickly and independently
• A "can-do" attitude as well as great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
