Senior PMO - Temporary position

We are looking for a maternity leave replacement to join our PMO team, the center of knowledge for project and process management in the organization, leading the PO planning process on a yearly and quarterly basis in terms of process and tools, collaborating with all relevant R&D managers, serving as the JIRA product owner, and defining and leading the implementation of project management methodologies, work processes, and tools for a large R&D organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Yearly planning process – Improve the current process, define improvement plan, communicate it, make sure everyone follows the guidelines and meet due dates. Make sure JIRA support the process and feedbacks are handled.
• Definition of project management process and execution routines in R&D. Define the right template and implement it cross PO.
• Lead process implementation and tools assimilation.
• Planning and control supporting tools: selection, running pilots, training, implementations.
• Support 4000 users in JIRA, defining new workflow, training and set best practices.
  
  

• Energetic, Self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal relationship.
• Ability to contribute to driving a change within an organization.
• 6 years’ experience in project management or as PMO in large organization. Software organization – Advantage. Planning & Capacity management - advantage
• Excellent understanding of project management processes and best practices.
• JIRA expertise in high level – MUST!
• Very good understanding of RND and QA work. Previous experience as R&D/QA TL – major advantage
