Join Us as an E-Commerce Sales Specialist!
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join us and spearhead the e-commerce sales operations at abra North.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Management: Overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiating and finalizing agreements.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously seeking ways to improve and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead Management: Efficiently managing leads within the CRM system.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Working closely with the marketing team to ensure overall success.
- Familiarity with sales processes in the technological field - mandatory.
- Previous sales experience in the development and e-commerce sectors (Shopify, Magento, Oro, etc) - an advantage.
- Experience working with B2C and B2B sales organizations.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- High proficiency in English.
- Experience in lead management, including tracking and conversion.
