Reliability Manager

HP, the global leader in digital printing, is looking for an experienced, professional Reliability Manager .

As a Reliability Manager you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the reliability of HP Indigo products throughout their lifecycle. This role focuses on enhancing product performance, establishing reliability standards, and collaborating across teams to support continuous improvement.

In this role you will not just resolve current quality and reliability issues but also play a strategic role in shaping product design and development, ensuring that reliability is integrated into every aspect of our engineering processes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in hardware reliability, quality engineering, or hardware development.
• Knowledge of reliability analysis methods, practices and reliability metrics
• Understanding of industry reliability standards
• Experience with environmental and stress testing
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software, background in AI is a plus
• Managerial or leadership experience- preferred
• Strong leadership qualities to mentor and guide the reliability team effectively
• Ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving reliability goals
• Skilled in managing projects to stay within scope, budget, and timelines
• Strong focus on implementing best practices that drive quality and operational excellence
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, especially in troubleshooting and enhancing hardware reliability
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
