PMO

H2PRO is an exciting startup company that is aiming to disrupt the hydrogen production industry by the development of a unique water electrolysis process.

We are seeking a skilled and driven PMO with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects. This is a cross-organizational position, requiring collaboration with multiple departments & teams to ensure successful delivery of our milestones and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor the progress of company milestones and associated projects & tasks & resource allocation across all disciplines including R&D, engineering and operations.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee budget control for all projects within the department, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
• identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and challenges, and propose actionable solutions.
• Maintain and improve project workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Use project management tools to track and report on progress (MS Project).
• Lead synchronizations meetings to ensure milestones are on track and budgets are effectively managed.
  
  

• 6+ years of proven experience as a PMO or in project management roles.
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects – a must.
• Proficiency in MS project, Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of budget control and financial reporting for projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various teams.
• Experience in process engineering projects or R&D projects – significant advantage.
