R&D Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical research and development. This role requires a proven track record in managing pharmaceutical R&D projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Position: R&D Manager – Pharmaceuticals

Location: Herzelia

Type: Part time (currently)

• Manage and oversee the design, implementation, and analysis of pre-clinical and clinical studies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and therapeutic product development.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to plan and execute clinical and R&D strategies.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve company goals.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the development of cutting-edge pharmaceutical products.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical R&D, including pre-clinical and clinical studies.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Proven expertise in project management, including managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Knowledge and experince with MS Project, Asana.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• MUST: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biology, chemistry, or a related field. MSc an advantage.
