Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Senior CRO Manager will be responsible for optimizing the conversion of website traffic into customers, focused on enhancing the customer journey, implementing best practices in conversion rate optimization, initiating, managing, and analyzing A/B tests and managing subscription models to maximize growth and return on investment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of funnel optimisation, user behavior and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies across various digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, and email campaigns. Collaborate in the development and optimization of subscription offerings and pricing, meeting required LTV/CAC ratio.
- Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to assess user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and user feedback mechanisms to continuously validate and refine elements of the user interface, purchasing process, pricing and offering.
- UX/UI Improvement: Collaborate with UX/UI designer to create optimal user experiences that simplify navigation, streamline the conversion process, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Content Strategy: Work closely with content creators to ensure that messaging aligns with customer needs and is optimized for conversions across different channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative approach to implementing CRO initiatives.
- Keeping Up with Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in digital marketing, and best practices in conversion optimization to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present regular reports on conversion metrics, testing outcomes, and optimization strategies, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong emphasis on conversion optimization and familiarity with subscription models.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in analytics tools, A/B testing software, and familiarity with and web design principles.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment and build positive relationships across departments.
