דרוש/ה למילוי מקום מרכז/ת מנהל ההוראה במרכז סימולציה

תיאור התפקיד:

א. סיוע בארגון פעילות ההוראה תאום, שיבוץ חדרי הסימולציה וציוד, מכשור מולטימדיה, בהתאם לתוכנית העבודה, צרכי המרכז והפקולטה.

ב. תכנון ותאום לוח הבחינות וההדרכה בחדרי הסימולציה, עדכון ופרסום שינויים בלוחות זמנים וכו'.

ג. סיוע לממונה בבניית תוכנית עבודה, ומעקב אחר יישום וביצוע.

ד. תאום קורסים והדרכות עם גורמים חיצוניים: טיפול בהצעות מחיר, גיוס וטיפול בתשלומי המדריכים וכדומה.

ה. סיוע לממונה בניהול תקציבי המרכז: טיפול בהזמנת ציוד ומכשור מולטימדיה הזמנת שירותים ותיקונים הניתנים ע"י חברות חיצוניות, מעקב אחר תיקוני הציוד.

ו. סיוע בטיפול בכ"א מנהלי, טכני ואקדמי, בתאום עם הפקולטה: טיפול במינויים, נוכחות עובדים, הכשרה והשתלמויות, גיוס וקליטת עובדים, מדריכים ומתרגלים.

ז. ייזום, פיתוח וליווי תהליכי עבודה והטמעת שיטות הוראה חדשות במרכז, בתאום הממונה.

ח. מתן שירות קבלת קהל סטודנטים ומדריכים.

ט. מתן סיוע וגיבוי לצוות המרכז.

דרישות התפקיד:

א. תואר אקדמי ראשון בסיעוד, רפואת חרום, רפואה ופיזיותרפיה.

ב. ניסיון של שנה בתחומים רלוונטיים.

ג. ניסיון במתן שירות ועבודה עם קהל.

היקף:100% למילוי מקום.

Job Opening: Temporary Replacement

Coordinator of Teaching Management at the Simulation Center

Faculty of Health Sciences

Job Description:

1. Assisting in organizing teaching activities, including coordinating and scheduling simulation rooms, equipment, and multimedia devices according to the work plan and the needs of the center and faculty.
2. Planning and coordinating the exam and training schedules in the simulation rooms, updating and publishing schedule changes, and similar tasks.
3. Assisting the supervisor in developing a work plan and monitoring its implementation and execution.
4. Coordinating courses and training with external entities, including handling price quotes, recruiting and processing payments for instructors, and related tasks.
5. Assisting the supervisor in managing the center's budget, including ordering equipment, multimedia devices, services, and repairs provided by external companies, and monitoring equipment repairs.
6. Assisting in managing administrative, technical, and academic staff in coordination with the faculty, including handling appointments, employee attendance, training, workshops, recruitment, and onboarding of employees, instructors, and teaching assistants.
7. Initiating, developing, and overseeing work processes and implementing new teaching methods in the center in coordination with the supervisor.
8. Providing service and reception for students and instructors.
9. Offering support and backup to the center's team.
10. Performing additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
11. Reporting to: The Director of the Simulation Center.

Position Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in nursing, emergency medicine, medicine, or physiotherapy.
2. One year of experience in relevant fields.
3. Experience in providing service and working with the public.

Scope: Full-time (100%) temporary position.

Note: Work includes irregular hours.
