CRM DYNAMICS 365 Systems Analyst for an excellent company 5112

Writing complex characterization documents, including reference to the functional aspect, integration between systems and ERD diagrams.

Analyzing requirements from stakeholders, investigating the existing situation, going down to details, understanding the business requirement and identifying needs and gaps.

Managing work interfaces with the relevant parties to the project, ability to motivate and professionally direct them, including direct contact with development and accompanying the testing process.

Requirements:

At least two years of experience writing characterization documents in the Dynamics 365 system (High level Detail design)

Experience writing complex characterizations in a multi-process environment

Ability to work independently as part of a team, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation

Experience from a long-term savings / financial organization is an advantage

Hands-On experience in implementing Dynamics 365 is required

Relevant academic degree / systems analysis course is an advantage
