Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services for the company's core product.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, mobile developers, and AI engineers to design, develop, and implement new features.
• Optimize the performance and reliability of our backend infrastructure to support thousands of active users.
• Take ownership of cloud-based services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with mobile applications.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and take part in shaping the technical roadmap of the company.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Python development, with a focus on backend systems.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservice architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in database management (SQL/NoSQL) and optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
