Pre-Award Grants Manager

The Pre-Award Grants Manager will support faculty in preparing and submitting research proposals, ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and university policies. This position plays a crucial role in advancing Reichman University's research initiatives through effective grant administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and regularly communicate relevant funding opportunities to faculty members
• Help faculty prepare and review research proposals, including project budgets
• Manage proposal submission processes
• Serve as primary liaison between the University and external sponsors
• Review proposals for compliance with University and sponsor requirements
• Provide guidance on new regulations and policy changes

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree and minimum three years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of regulations
• Familiarity with electronic proposal submission systems
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated experience in budget development
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective team collaboration
• Experience in academic research environment
• High ability to provide responsive service to faculty members
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD
• Experience working with School of Medicine and Life Sciences
