Sales Hunter – IT Industry
A leading IT integration company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Hunter to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of the Israeli IT market, particularly in hardware and software solutions. If you have a passion for acquiring new customers, closing high-value deals, and working with top-tier vendors, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring new business opportunities. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to negotiation and deal closure. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in medium to large enterprises, ensuring that our solutions align with their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers, driving new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the market and grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work closely with vendors and partners to offer comprehensive IT solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract signing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while working in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT industry, with a focus on hardware and software solutions.
- Strong hunter mentality – a proven track record of acquiring new customers and closing complex deals.
- Deep knowledge of the Israeli IT market and familiarity with leading hardware and software vendors.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-value sales processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet challenging sales targets, and thrive in a competitive environment.
- Experience working with enterprise clients – an advantage.
- Technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity – an advantage.
