Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to support our facilities operations while gaining experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage facilities-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Assist in handling ongoing facilities tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Provide support on facilities matters across international locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve facilities issues promptly.
• Help improve processes and contribute to the efficiency of the facilities function.
• Maintain documentation and records related to facilities operations.
  
  

• Fluent English- Must!
• Bachelor's degree in industrial management or a related field.
• Experience in project management - advantage.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with a proactive and independent approach to work.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in international settings.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
