Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Team Leader located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring timely and quality placements of candidates for various clients.

• 1 year Leadership and Team Management - must have
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Sales ability and working in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
