CloudOps Engineer

A successful cyber security company is looking for a CloudOps Engineer

Tel Aviv (Ramat HaHayal)| Full-time | One day a week from home

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Operation automation using tools and scripting capabilities
• Monitor and optimize the company's cloud
• Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Product and other operations teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of the cloud feature and services, also proactively communicate progress and blockers
• Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Create and maintain documentation for cloud Operation and processes.

Requirements

• An experience of 2-3 years in Cloud Operation
• Proven experience working in large scale cloud production, providing mission critical services to large enterprise customers Expert knowledge of application-level services, CDNs, WAF protection services
• Linux - 3+ years of hands-on experience and strong knowledge in - configure, troubleshooting and deployment – Must
• Expert knowledge and experience with WIRESHARK and packets Analysis
• Good L7 understanding – experience with load balancers (Alteon/F5/A10) & reverse proxies (Nginx / HAProxy), L7 protocols - mainly HTTP/s , DNS. knowledge of scripting, automation methods and orchestration technologies
• Networking – Knowledge and troubleshooting experience in network communications – Routing – BGP , TCP, packet analyzing
• Experience working with CSPs such as AWS, GCP and Azure
• Ability to work as on-call engineer (after work time including weekends)
