C++ Software Engineer

A startup company in the Security field has developed a comprehensive platform for securing cloud environments, aiming to dramatically reduce the volume of alerts for CISOs and avoid the accumulation of passive warnings about potential issues. The platform identifies and focuses on critical active cloud risks, thereby optimizing risk management.

The goal is to empower security managers and teams to truly protect their cloud environments across all stages: Detection & Response, Prevention, and Discovery all in runtime.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, with 50 employees, 40 of whom are in Israel. They operate a hybrid work model with one day from home.

Responsibilities -

● Work on kernel-level development and implement low-level security solutions for Linux, Windows, and other operating systems.

● Conduct research on vulnerabilities and weaknesses, contributing to the development of innovative security mechanisms.

● Develop high-quality, reliable code with a focus on security at the system level.

● Collaborate closely with security researchers and engineers to design and implement robust security features.

● Contribute to developing next-generation security solutions that meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Requirements -

● 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on low-level security (e.g., Linux kernel, eBPF, Windows internals), and expertise in C/C++ or Rust.

● Proven experience in security research, including vulnerability analysis and exploit development.

● Familiarity with developing high-reliability systems and ensuring the integrity of critical code components.

● Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth research to develop innovative security technologies.
