We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sponsorship Manager to join our team and play a key role in building partnerships with leading companies. If you excel at research, sales, and relationship building, and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

• Research and identify innovative companies and industry leaders as potential sponsors.
• Analyze similar events locally and globally to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Engage directly with key decision-makers to secure sponsorships and build long term partnerships.
• Tailor sponsorship packages to meet the unique goals of each company, ensuring value and alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsors into event content seamlessly.
• Manage all activities in a shared tracking system to maintain transparency and organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• 5+ years experience in sales, business development - sponsorship recruitment is a plus!
• A proactive approach to work.
