Role Description

his is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager at Endospan Ltd. The position will be based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee daily quality control (QC) processes, implement quality assurance (QA) strategies, and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards. A critical part of the role involves leading preparations for Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and Premarket Approval (PMA), ensuring the organization is audit-ready and meets all necessary compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control processes and quality assurance strategies
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in the medical device industry
• Extensive expertise in validation processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
