Legal and Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic legal and strategy manager to join our team full-time in our TLV Office (Azrieli Round Tower). This role offers a unique opportunity to shape both the legal framework and business strategy of a rapidly growing company. You will work closely with the executive team, key business departments, and external partners to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and align legal and business objectives. This position will be reporting to VP Finance & Operations.

As the primary legal and strategy manger , you will support the company in areas including corporate governance, commercial agreements, data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Simultaneously, you will collaborate with business units to drive strategy, commercial negotiations, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Agreements – review, negotiate, and manage NDAs, contracts, and vendor agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Collaborate with internal teams to align agreements with business goals.
2. Funding Rounds – Lead legal aspects of fundraising, including due diligence, investment agreements, and strategic financial alignment.
3. Investor & Board Materials – Maintain data room and prepare key documentation for investors and stakeholders.
4. Labor Law & Policies – Advise on employment law, contracts, and compliance. Partner with Operations on policies.
5. Privacy & Data Protection – Ensure compliance with GDPR and global regulations, integrating privacy into business processes and product development.
6. Intellectual Property (IP) – Manage patents, trademarks, and IP strategy in collaboration with R&D and external counsel.
7. Legal Disputes & Risk Management – Oversee disputes, litigation, and risk mitigation strategies to protect business interests.
8. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry standards, manage audits, and track compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited law school (LLB); Admitted to practice law in Israel.
• 1-2 years of legal experience in commercial law, corporate governance, and/or IP.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to translate legal concepts into strategic business decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across functional teams.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
• English & Hebrew at mother tongue level or equivalent – MUST
