Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a leading group of companies specializing in digital services, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy and operational excellence. This group operates across diverse sectors, including online marketing, media trading, human resources, and data management, with a strong focus on the financial side of the media industry. The CFO will work closely with the owner, offering strategic insights and consulting on investments, new ventures, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Oversee the financial health of the group, managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Investment Strategy: Partner with the owner to evaluate investment opportunities, analyze financial risks, and guide decisions on new ventures.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the group’s growth objectives and operational goals.
• Operational Excellence: Align financial processes across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency and scalability in operations.
• Performance Analysis: Provide insights into financial performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth across the group.
• Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor to the owner and leadership team, offering data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Director, or similar senior financial leadership role, preferably in the digital services, ad-tech, or media sectors.
• Strong expertise in financial management, investment analysis, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage.
