Regional Manager for the EdVenture Program – Northern Region

Job Description:

• Managing the regional operations of the organization for the EdVenture program.
• Leading and supervising a team of entrepreneurship center managers.
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships while expanding the regional ecosystem (local authorities, teaching staff, businesses, and more).
• Overseeing and monitoring workflows and achieving goals according to the annual work plan.
• Developing and leading events within the framework of the educational program.
• A field-oriented role that includes travel alongside working from home.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing and mentoring teams – mandatory.
• Managerial experience in training, formal/informal education – mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage time while also collaborating with a team – mandatory.
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders – mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to meet targets.
• Affinity for the world of entrepreneurship – an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree – mandatory. Master’s degree – an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
